Microsoft .net service pack 2 not downloading

Hi,

anyone else having this problem? I downloaded the .net service pack
2. When I try to load it it asked me if I want to install service
pack 1! Well, I didn't have sp 1 installed, so I said yes, but it
never got to service pack 2. I reconfirmed that I had the right
download (at least the one Microsoft says is right!). Does anyone
know if there is a mirror site out there that I can download this
service pack from?
