If you installed the 1.0 framework, make sure you get SP2 for it. If
you installed the 1.1 framework, I don't know.
Remember, you can have both 1.0 and 1.1 installed at the same time.
You don't need the framework installed unless you have a program that
requires it. There are only a handful of released programs that require
it, but there are thousands currently in development, so may need it in
the future.
