Hi. Can someone help me? I have this keyboard, but the buttons such as: "My
Documents, Mute, My Pictures" (these are buttons at the top of the keyboard)
do not work when I press them. Thanks for your help. Dr. P.

You will need to find drivers for that keyboard if you want those buttons to work.
 
Richard: Actually I did since I posted this. I installed the Intellitype
drivers for this keybard microsoft natural multimedia keyboard 1.0a on
Windows Media Center and it sill does not work. Dr. P.
 
download intellitype from microsofts download section you can then use it to
setup the buttons.
 
Thanks Lee. As I replied before, I downloaded the Intellitype driver for
this keyboard microsoft natural multimedia keyboard 1.0a and rebooted the
machine. I am running Window Media center. They special keys ie "My
Documents, My Music, Mai" etc still do not work. This is very strange. All
other keys work. I am not sure what to do. Thanks. Dr P
 
That's pretty much a guarantee that some features of the keyboard won't
function as designed. Even on a plain keyboard "Alt-Printscreen" won't
work through some "adapters".
