Is there any way of disabling the hotkeys so the keys can
work during games?

What do you mean?! I have a Multimedia Natural board and I can use the keys
in games...I assume you mean the function keys - is your F Lock not working?

I guess anonymous means can you disable the Windows key (the one that opens
the start menu) - and the other key, on the right hand side.

Sometimes, when I play games, I press the windows key by accident, which
screws up the game.
