Microsoft Mouse product replacement

Hi,

I have an intellimouse explorer V4.0A, and the switch to the left clck button has become dodgy so i want it replacing and its under warranty. how do i go about getting it replaced? i tried phoning MS but got through to an asian call centre and found it hard to communicate, and cant find anything about hardware product replacement on the microsoft main site,

Well youre best bet is to get it warrantied where it was purchased if
possible,locally is even better.However,microsoft only policy was to xerox
the bottom of mouse with the bar code and everything else bottom side,then
one simply mailed to a nj adress on the east coast and a new one gets
shipped.
They are V. particular about the copy legibility,must be readable.Microsoft
