Microsoft Midi Driver

I can't load or install the midi driver for my Win XP on
this HP. Magix Movie Studio requires me to have an
installed midi driver to use the virtual instruments to
create midi sounds using those instruments. I don't use
anything that has anything to do with ASIO drivers and
that is one of the drivers called for. I've done extensive
Google searches and found a pile of drivers but none seem
to be right. I have 512 MB RAM and 2.26 GHz Pentium 4
Intel processor. Anybody got any Ideas on how to fix this
problem?
