can anyone help me?

my media player keeps saying its not configured for the
internet although i am connected to the internet. I have
no idea how to fix this and have tried,

You can try,opening HELP,select,"search for media files"
then open tools,options,edit the tabs,in connections tab,
select the appropriate connection,in file types tab,sele-
ct all.
