Microsoft Map

I have just installed the program "Microsoft Map" from my
Office 2000 disc 1 to use in a Excel application.
I seems that I only have access to four countries and
missing i.e. WORLD.IND.
I´ve searched the Office 2000 disc 1 but couldn´t find the
missing file/files.

What shall I do ?

According to the following MSKB, the map is not included in Excel 2000.
It suggests that you copy the files from your Excel 97 CD:

XL2000: Error Message "The Microsoft Map data file EUROPE.IND was not
found."
