having the same problem as everyone else and get no response from microsoft
or dell. Is there anyone out there that can do anything about the mail
situation? It is pretty bad when you have to get e mail at work just because
you cannot use your own home computer.

"Mail situation" is a rather sketchy description.
If you want help you'll have to come up with specifics.

What is the problem you're seeing?

Same problem as everyone else?

Since there are a few current problems you are not being very helpful
to those you wish to help you. At least make a little effort....

Hi, Ziggy.

Maybe the reason you "get no response from microsoft or dell" is that you
ask them the same way you ask us: with no details whatsoever of what kind
of problem you are having. :>(

If you just want to rant, go ahead. Lots of people do.

If you want help, please ask an intelligent question. First tell us the
make and model of your computer. Then which mail program you are using
(Windows Mail? Outlook? Firefox?) And then tell us what you are doing and
what response you are seeing from the computer - and what response you
expected to see.

With that start, we might be able to help diagnose your problem and suggest
a cure.
