I'm not sure which e-mail client Microsoft Maill 2000 is. Are you trying to use Outlook 2000 on Windows 10 perhaps? If so, that e-mail client is so old that it'll be probablematic to get working properly. You may find it easier to move to the free mail client that comes with Windows 10:
