hey can anyone please tell me where i can get the fix
described in the artical Microsoft Knowledge Base Article -
824226

All fixes that are not downloadable from specific KB's can be obtained, by
calling MS PSS. They will give you the fix free of charge. As this are not
tested fix, they must be obtained in this way, so that MS keeps track of
this fixes.

you wouldn't happent to know the phone nol for ms pss do
you? as all the numbers i seem to get you have to pay for?
 
I'm not sure where you're located, but none of the numbers that I know of
are free - you will more than likely have to pay for the local call, but the
fix itself will be provided to you free of charge.
