Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 314118

I have the subject problem however when I try to access
"View products that this article applies to" nothing happens.
How can I follow the "Resolution" of the article if I have
no idea what program is causing the problem? The error
message has been going on for some time. I'm just getting
around to trying to solve the problem. RBZ

EXACT error messages and under what circumstances are you getting them?
