microsoft jet database

Hi,

I get this error when i open my database.
I have tried turning of the virus scan and looked up the
microsoft website...
i have tried software which fixes it but will cost 300 to
buy.....
Surely someone knows how to do it free??????
I beg all you kind souls please help.....

It wont let me past this to look at tables or anything it
stops at the first screen you enter....
I checked the processes on the network and there was none
open so i am lost...
