is it safe to delete this from xp?

how to delete Microsoft Word Processor, which i do not use. i have another

You should *never* simply delete a program (except in the rare
instances where there is no other choice). Uninstall it from Control
Panel.
 
intellipoint keeps trying to install a keyboard that did not work and i wont
install it.

and, i apparently lost the eula to start microsoft works in xp.

but, control panel wont delete microsoft works
 
Remove the installation point from here using the following tool
