Microsoft Help

Maybe this is a mor egeneral question that does not belong in this forum, but
I will ask anyway.

My "Help" does not work. Be it IE,Mail, or just Help & Support from the
Vista "Start Button". I get an error message saying:
Internet Explorer cannon download from /help

IE was not able to opne this site. The requested site is either unavailable
or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Doe Vista not offer any help functions?

Would be the better group to post this in. This one is more ofr mail issue
(Windows Vista Windows Mail)

Haven't seen this in Vista just WinMe and XP.

As near as I can figure out, Help needs to have an Internet connection.
 
Dreamweaver installed, by chance? If so, see the following TechNote from Adobe:
