How do I set up and use an address book with Microsoft Word? I do not use
Outlook, but do use Outlook Express as my email program. When I try to access
addresses, all I get is the email address from OE, not the full mailing
address.

Outlook Express does not let you use other Address Books, However, if you go
to File, Import, it does allow you to import a number of different Address
Books. Most usefully, it will import a comma delimited Address Book, so if
your address book is not directly supported, you should be able to Export it
in comma delimited format and then import it into OE.

Word cannot use OE's address book. See “WD2000: Which Address Books Can Be
Used with Word?†at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=269111

message.the doc is in frames but your browser does not support it how can i
fix this problem.

- the message does not indicate that it is a word document or that you're
trying to open it via word (which may or may not be accurate) so how do you
know it is a ms word doc? how are you trying to open it?
