'Microsoft' headed spam

This is a common email i receive all the time, as below

"Microsoft Net Email Storage Service [[email protected]]"
Undelivered mail to (e-mail address removed)

Im not entirely sure but I delete them as they seem dodgy, any comments or
advice on this?

Delete sounds like the best plan.
