Microsoft Force Feedback 2 joystick / problem with new LOCK-ON game LO-MAC

I bought this stick and when I press a fire button it start fire 2-3 seconds later. I tried with another games and it is OK. Also I saw on LOCK-ON forum that many people complain about that problem with microsoft stick. Stick is also to sensitive. Please HELP with this problem
