So I upgraded to Vista and it sure is pretty. But of course it won't
work with my Flight Sim X. It DID work on XP, but since I have
upgraded I get this error

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side
configuration is incorrect. Can someone please help me fix this.

I have unistalled it and reinstalled it. That did not do it.

Verify you have the latest Vista drivers, particularly video.

Try the FSX experts in the "microsoft.public.simulators" newsgroup

FSX does work with Windows Vista and hopefully someone there can help
you find the solution

Yes, I have the latest Nvidia drivers. I have SP1 for FSX. Still
getting the error. But thanks for the input. I will post on that
board also.
