I've been using this great application for some time but find one frustrating
item. The senders details includes my e-mail address but when constructing a
cover page this field is not made available to place in the document and I
have to resort to inserting a text field or two so that people or businesses
have alternatives for replying to me. Has this been fixed or are there better
ways around this please?

There have been no changes to the cover page editor, nor are any
anticipated. Even the next version in Vista does not include that field.

Thanks - a pity as this is a good partner program to e-mail

Recently I sent a fax and received a message that the fax had been sent
successfully. However, the recipient tells me they did not receive it. Is
there a way I can re-send it without having to re-enter all the information
(recipient name and fax number, subject line, message on the fax cover sheet,
etc.)? It shows the fax in my Sent box.

No. Once it has left your Outbox, you cannot resend with XP Fax.

Hello Bernie,
Only way around this I have found is to double click on document in the sent
box in Fax Console then select the file menu then print. change the printer
to Fax. The wizard will come up where you can create a quick cover message to
the same recipient. In Preview you will see all the previous message
documents are attached. Finish and send

Thanks, Roger. I did try this previously and when I got to the Print option,
I did not see a choice for sending it to the fax. The fax in question was a
cover sheet only, which contained my entire message. There were no other
pages. The only way I could resend it was to completely re-type the cover
page with my message and all other information as I did originally. I will go
back and take another look at it and perhaps I missed something.
