I have a copy of 'expression' (beta 1) which seems quite nice.
Can anyone here say whether it is much different from the final product and
whether I should use it in preference to FP-XP?

You can download the trial and check for yourself. The trial version is
a time limited final version. You MUST uninstall the beta, and any beta
remnants of Office 2007, before installing the trial.

The trial can be downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...93-7D57-4523-B0C9-2CE54397B732&displaylang=en

Do not forget the product key - a link is on the above page (near the
bottom).

Expression Web is NOT FrontPage. If you use FrontPage web components
then you may wish to remain with FrontPage (which will be supported
until Jan 2011 - full support until Jan 2009), if you don't use FP
components then, IMO, EW is the better web editor.

Thanks Ron
I try not to use FP components and EW is certainly more 'correct'.
I think that for now I will stick with the beta which seems to do all I need
and is not time limited.
"If it works don't fix it!" :o)
