Donna

Someone deleted the option to add the MS Exchange
Infomration Service when adding new Outlook profiles. I am
on a Terminal Server so that means it is gone for everyone
not yet configured (new users). How can I get it back
short of removing and reloading the Outlook portion of
Office 2000. Registry entry by chance? Thanks.

Hi Donna,

If it is Outlook 2000, have you tried going into outlook,
go to Tools, Options, Mail Services and "reconfigure Mail
support" and select "Corporate or workgroup"

Hope this helps.

Regards.

Lee.

No, for users that already have mail configured, it is
already at Corporate or Workgroup, for those that aren't
configured yet, they can't get Outlook up to reconfigure
mail spt. Thanks though.

Lee, do you know how to make this change in Outlook 2002?
There is no Mail Services tab, and I can't find the option
anywhere!!!!

Hi Amy,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.

If you haven't found anything yet, I will take a look and
let you know what I find.

Regards.

Lee.
