I have a user that started not receiving email this morning. The user
claimed that they changed nothing.
We are on Exchange server 2000 and the user has Outlook 2000. Normally the
email comes in automatically. As an afterthought the user pushed the
Send/Receive button. It came up with a box saying Microsoft Exchange Remote
Connection and proceeds to say it is connecting to the Exchange server and
then the mail will come through. It reminds me of Outlook Express on a
dialup.
In the dialup setting in Outlook, it is set to Use existing connection
(LAN). The user uses offline files when out of the office but none of those
settings were changed.
Anyone have any idea?
Thanks,
Ted
