Microsoft doesnt have an answer

this is the second time I am posting my question. It looks
like everyone is avoiding my issue.
For one of our users the out of office assistance is not
sending a reply. Its not working for internal or external
accounts. User has outlook 2000 with Exchange 2000
running. I have looked at the rules and nothing is set ,
also no oneelse is authorized to receive mail. Any help
will go mile

Do you see the OoOA configured when you access the mailbox via OWA?

When I open outlook it displays the message " if i want to
disable Out of Office" but it is still not sending the
senders and out of office replay
Please help

You sort of need to ignore the symptoms in the article and in your
environment. I only passed along the article to provide steps for manually
deleting the OOF "rules" that are hidden in the mailbox.
