Does anybody know of a Microsoft "Contact Manager" that
we could use in our small business. We are currently
using ACT, but would like to intergrate a MS product.

MS Business Contact Manager does not allow sharing of
database amonst users.

We are using SBS 2003 + Office 2003

Thanks

Have you tried using a public contacts folder? Also see www.outlookcrm.com

I haven't heard much good stuff about the Microsoft CRM product - both
companies I know who've tried it have said it simply isn't ready for prime
time. Doesn't use Outlook as the front end - doesn't support roaming Windows
profiles - at least not in the first release.

Actually it does use Outlook as an optional, partial front end but for the
sales module only.

Yes - which wasn't enough to make these folks happy, sorry to say.
I'd be interested in looking into it again in a few more years/releases...
