Microsoft.com access

Hello,

I can't seem to get on to the Microsoft.com web-page at any time. This
would not normally bother me but the knowledge base is pretty helpful when
you manage to mess up. (tamperer), (frequently)

Apart from one other site, this never happens.

I use an adsl connection and am behind a firewall but this causes no
problems on other sites and I have tried with with the firewall (zone alarm)
switched off but the result is always the same, the site can't be reached.

Could someone hazard a guess as to what is going on here or provide me with
a proper Microsoft tech. support e-mail address which I could contact
directly as I obviously can't reach them from the web.

What URL are you using? The following works for me:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;KBHOWTO

I do know that some of the older KB link styles and URLs are being
phased out, but I though that was only going to happen at the end of the
year.
