I using Installshield for my setup.
In my program I use Sentinel drivers, but they are not automatically
installed.
The problem is the drivers for USB.
It seems to me that Windows can't find my drivers and install them.

Anyone knows how this can be solved?

Windows XP (or any version of any OS) is not designed to find the hardware
drivers for every piece of hardware ever made. You must - on occasion -
just know what your hardware is, visit the hardware manufacturers web site
and their support/files section and download the appropriate driver for your
system. This is where you are at.

If your USB is integrated into the motherboard - you more than likely need
to get the motherboard chipset drivers.
If your USB is a separate card - you need to check the manufacturers site
for the card and get their drivers for that particular model.

Thanks for your help.
I have downloaded my drivers. For USB and other devices.
I have created a packet using DIFxApp, and placed it in the correct
location.
The problem is when I test my installation on a clean machine. My
program install the other drivers, but not for USB. I can manually
located the USB driver in the programfiles for my program, but I want
it to automatically install the USB drivers as well...

I'm using Installshield for my setup, and it seems to me the problem is
that windows can't find and install the USB drivers. The paralell
drivers are installed as they should..
