I totally agree. The front page of the system says "System Running
Normally"....which it clearly isn't.
After I posted another message on this subject, I was asked to fill in
questionnaire about MS and about this service. I didn't pull punches!
Surely someone somewhere in authority at MS knows there is a problem, can
acknowledge it, and give us some idea of timescale for a cure......including
any possible knock-on problems caused by this malfunction.
