Microsoft AntiSpyware

I have installed this software on many PCs. On all PCs I have a bat program
which update a server file to the local C drive. This works well except on
one PC where MAS ask for the application to be allowed or blocked. I click on
allow but the same window reappears and wil not go away. This batch file is
not shown as a blocked event. I have reinstalled without success.
Any ideas please?
 
Try:

1) uninstall Microsoft Antispyware
2) delete the installation folder, typically \program files\microsoft
antispyware and all subfolders. You'll lose access to any quarantined
items, history, and custom settings.
3) reinstall the current build, taking care to be logged in as the
administrator level user who will typically use the program.
