i make the dowload and he doesnt open,i asked to the
microsoft services in portugal and they said that the
number of the problem is
SRQ050809600502
please help me,i make 3 times the dowload and its the same
after i install i take the other,regards

First empty your Temporary Internet Files, then try downloading a fresh copy
of the Microsoft AntiSpyware by following the download links from
http://www.microsoft.com/spyware
