microsoft antispyware

just installed microsoft antispyware today and now my
firewall is turned off. cant get it to re-enable.
Removed program and still cant enable. Microsoft tecks
couldnt even get it turned back on. can any 1 assist me
 
Start/All Programs/Accessories/Command Prompt
Type "netsh winsock reset" ENTER
Follow prompts and reboot.
 
Your computer probably got infected by the "Prutect"
which would shut down antispyware s/w and firewall. Try
to run the microsoft antispyware scan with deep scan
feature. I had the same problem in my computer. The bad
part is the Microsoft Antispyware cannot really clean it
up. As long as you reboot the system, the problem will
come back. You will find the "Prutect" in the Registry
again. So far, I don't see any solution provided by any
company or anyone. The only solution that I aware of is
to reformat your hard disk. I think if someone can notify
microsoft, we may be able to get a fix from them much
faster.

u might have no other option but to uninstall the

firewall and reinstall it again.i am using kerio firewall
and the spyware prog doesnt affect it from running
