Sometimes when I start up my computer Ihave three or four
Microsoft Antispyware icons in my task bar.
And I have it set to run Friday at 12:00 am but it runs
Tuesday at 12:00 am instead.
 
The day of the week issue seems to be universal--try setting it to two days
later than you wish it to run.

I'm uncertain about whether the issue with the icons is fixable or
not--there are a good many reports of it and no certain cures.
