Which operating system are you running? Have you updated AntiSpyware to the
latest build, .509? Also empty your temp files and reinstall. Or, try
installing in a non-default location. Do you receive any specific error
message when trying to update? If this through automatic or manual updates?
Update manually rather than using auto update. When you attempt to
update select File, Update. However, make sure that Internet Explorer is
Online and not Offline when you make your attempt. You may also have to
configure your Firewall to allow MSAS to send and receive.
