Every time I run this soft ware it comes up with the same
problems, when I ask it to delete the files it says it
has but my computer stills runs slow so I run the scan
again & gues what it finds the same problems as before...
does this soft ware actually work

Hi

Yes it does and also really good except when you first
install it
and doing your first scans.

Have you done any scans in safe mode ? Do that,
choose fullscan with all options checked within MSAS.

Also fill your "toolbox" with these tools to make this cleaning
better.

- Download/Install CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com, remove all
temporarily junk

- Download/Install Lavasofts Adaware, also removes tracking
cookies.

All scans then in safe mode, press F8 during reboot.
