Microsoft Antispyware

This antisoftware program does not seem to get rid of any
of the spyware on my computer. I think I'm following the
directions correctly. I using internet explorer as my
browser and I have tried to set my home page to msn.com
which will come up the first time I bring up explorer but
after that I get a page that apears to be
from "mainsearchpage.com" Can any one tell me what's
happening?
 
If Microsoft Antispyware doesn't identify what is hijacking your browser,
I'd recommend as follows:

1) Submit a tools, suspected spyware report--give the details you've given
here, including the exact URL of the home page your browser is taken to.

2) Go to this forum, run by Microsoft MVP Jim Eshelman, and go through his
QuickFix protocol:

I suspect you'll need to post a hijackThis log in his forum to get this
cleaned--it may take a bit of time, but it'll be successful--stick with it,
and let us know here how it goes?
