Microsoft AntiSpyware Manual Updater

To Whom This May Concern,

I installed the Microsoft AntiSpyware and when I tried to
check for updates, I always received a message, "Warning
coult not connect to the Internet." This is not true
because I am able to connect to the Internet to send you
this message. Do you have any suggestion on how to fix
this?

Sorry to ask, but what is MSAS?

your software or hardware firewall might be blocking
MSAS, try to allow MSAS to access the internet read your
software firewall manual on how to do it.

Try checking your security setting in the Internet
options. you may have it set too high.
 
Having same problem here .......
Worked ok a week ago...
Have not changed any internet options.....

Anyone have the fix ???
 
Hi Jimbo, ensure that Internet Explorer is working online. Open IE, click
File and ensure that "Work Offline" is not checked.

Also ensure that your firewall is not blocking the program, Zone Alarm is
known to do this, check this out:
