I have Windows XP Home Edition,

My spyware does not scan automatically at the given hour in the shedule. How
do I correct this. I have reset the schedule and saved a number of times to
no avail.

Also Real Time Protection states on the opening screen Notification, All
In-active, Needs Attention. with X's for All 3 items marked in-active. If I
check each item therein, it says Active in the grey explanation screen on the
right side for every item. I notice that it mentions that this is for dial up
modem. I am on cable service. Is that the reason? I don't require it because
the modem is not bein used for dial-up?

Hello;

Try these two solutions:

1) do an update install--control panel, add or remove programs, Microsoft
Antispyware, change, updªte.

Then, try these steps:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> type in -> command)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quºtes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpywªre

You can go ahead and do both of these--neither has any downside risk--and
see if that does the job. Let us know whether it does, or nºt!
