Try using MS Antispy, Ewido Security Suite & Ccleaner all
in safe mode, They are all free and this is a malicious
entry but its used by alot of malware so its impossible
to say at this stage what you have on your system.

Download the above then update Ewido while in normal mode
then boot into safe mode ( Reboot and keep tapping F8
then choose safe mode from the list) Then run MSAS and
Ewdio and full scans, With Ewido anything thats found
will give you a Alert pop up, if its clearly described as
Malware(Spyware/Trojans etc..) Have ewido remove the
entry and finally use Ccleaner to remove all the junk out
of temp folders. Also use the Issues button to check the
registry for errors and repair any that are detected.
When Ewido Finishes scanning you will see the option at
the bottom to save report, Save that to your desktop then
you can post it back here if you need more help. Then
reboot back to normal mode and make sure its fixed
