So what are you doing with IE8

I don't use IE8 or any version of IE.
when you have that INFERIOR Ubuntu to
hang your hat on? Don't worry about Microsoft. Worry about that piece
of crap Ubuntu that you have a HARD-ON for.

I am not worried for myself but for the millions who use IE 6 and 7. If
you had read the article, you would know that IE8 is not affected.

Stick with Ubuntu. You will stay crippled.

I think you missed the point, Billdo. MS has known about a serious
security flaw in IE6 & 7 for a year and a half and has failed to patch
it. They waited so long to fix it that it's now been actively
exploited - and they waited a month after that to even announce it.

Why? Do they lack funding? No, there are still billions in the bank.
Is the flaw unimportant? No, MS actually has pointed out how severe
and dangerous it is.

Why then? There's only one explanation - they don't really care about
their customer's security.
