Microsoft Access is unable to load the database properties.

Access 9.0.7.616 SP-3

Hi all,

Went to file>Database properties and got the above message
(with a big fat red X). Compacted and repaired, no change.
Tried a different database, worked fine. Went back to the
problem database, still a problem.

A google search on the exact phrase in the subject line
got 1 hit which did not explain anything. Any ideas (other
than importing everything into a new database).

Hello,

Are you working with ADP file? See following kb article to fix the problem:

ACC2000: Unable to Load Database Properties of a Disconnected or WGID:147
ID: 223242.KB.EN-US

If you are not working with ADP, try creating a blank database and import
all the objects
from a problem database file.
