Over the last week I've been building a database in
Access. Today I was looking for something and went to
the "reports" tab. I then pressed "Data Entry" It removed
all of the saved files I had in my database.

If I make a report as if to print it I can see all the
details I'd previously entered. I'm wondering how I can
get them back so they show up where I can edit them and
use them?

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I am in desperate
need.

I believe what you're describing is that you changed to "Yes" the Data Entry
property of your form. When you do that, the form will open in a mode that
will allow you to add new records but not to edit or view already entered
records.

Simply open the form in design view, click on the Properties icon on the
toolbar, click on Data tab, and change the Data Entry property back to No.
Save and close the form.

Your previously entered records now should be viewable when you open the
form again.
