I have a remote user that connects to a server via Terminal Services. Once
logged in and the desktop is loaded, the users profile maps a network drive
and a shortcut on the desktop points to an Access 2002 Db located in the
mapped drive directory structure. In turn, the Db checks password
credentials listed in a .MDW file located in the same file structure as the
Db. Each time the user tries to open this file the user gets a error message
stating that "The file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted
site. Microsoft access will not open the file due to potential security
problems". If I log in to the server and use the users Db credentials I have
no problems. I realise the problem could be profile based but I have checked
the Internet Eplorer settings and I cannot spot any differences between the
users and my own. Has anybody got any ideas?
Thanks
