I accidentally connected my radio to my computer's microphone socket
(HP laptop), and now I can't record anything with any of my microphones
(I have tried 3 different microphones). Is there something I can try to
fix the problem?

You connected the headphone jack from the radio to the mic input, and the
volume was up? If that's it, you probably blew out the input circuits. Check
the Windows mixer settings to be sure. If it's blown, you may need to
replace an audio module or the main board itself. If it's out of warranty,
it's probably cheaper to get a new sound card for your PC card slot.

Yes, replace the motherboard. The microphone input wasn't designed for
an external applied voltage.
