where can i get software that will let me save from a
microphone input?

i used to have creative recorder with windows 98, but now
that i have windows xp it says that it is not compatable.
please respond to my email...

Ask Creative to send you the disk for XP. RECORDER works fine here.

Or visit http://google.com and into the search box type "PC sound recorder".
