Microgarden Outlook Tools

I know that Microgarden has stopped offering their Outlook Tools utility,
but I still want it! I've searched many download sites and they all link to
a dead MG link or ftp. Does anybody know where to find it? Do you have it
to share?

(I am trying to find a freeware add-on to Outlook 97 that will block read
receipts. This is an intermediate step before we upgrade.)
