Micro Office Document Image Writer

I need to send parts of a PDF via email and am told to print to file; by
selecting and using the Microsoft Office Document Image Writer ...
unfortunately, it does not appear as part of my Office 2000 (Prem)... how do
I re-install this part only?

It's not part of Office 2000.... only Office 2003 and later.
