Are there any freeeware programs to quickly capture web pages in MHT format
?

I save a lot of web pages as single documents. I use MYIE explorer, which
has a "Quick Save" button - but it doesn't work for me.

I saw a program "MHT Quick Save" - for $20 - looking for freeware
equivalent.

I can make a macro to automate the keystrokes. But a program would be
cooler and, for some reason, not all pages save correctly for me.

Thanks. Have a great day !

Delaware,
If you have IE on your machine you can Save As... and one of the
choices in the Save As Type box is *.mht.

There also is a free download on the MS site somewhere that allows you to
pack and unpack MHT - allowing transfer to standard HTML doc with folder and
vise versa. It may be in the MS office area. I'm not sure.

Because MS in their wisdom don't let you choose the default file type
it's not a "quick save"
