Does anyone know where I can get more information on PowerPoint's Expert
as MHTML format? I know MHTML is a W3 standard, but Microsoft seems to
have encoded it so that other browsers cannot un-encrypt it. Any
information would be useful.

From memory it was supported in IE 5 or later. I'll have a look.
