Anyone know of any free (doesn't have to be complicated) management software
for a Mobile Home Community?

Perhaps you should explain in more detail what you need...database program?,
renter/landlord program?, etc.,
and what you expect to do with it.
I'm sure with that kind of info, someone will step up.

Oh, sorry. It's a landlord/tenant management program. Record keeping, forms
to print off, etc.

Your best bet is to do a Google which includes at least the following words:

landlord tenant free software

I'm afraid there are too many to direct you to one and, you'll have to
figure out what some of them mean by 'free'. I know someone posted a few
weeks back with a pretty good program but I can't remember the name of the
software.

At the very least, the Google hits will keep you occupied for awhile...sorry
