You'll love this!

Bought this unit in August and loaded it on a PC with XP and it worked
fine. This computer blew up and had to re-install on another PC with
XP.

"Cannot Install Hardware" came up again & again. Tried every software &
hardware trick I knew and it wouldn't load. Called Brother 4 times,
each time getting a higher level "problem solver." Finally, software
personnel in NJ. After going through an entire litany of how to fix the
problem, the guy suggests, "Go to google, type in 'Cannot install this
software' and good luck."

These people are really bad. They can't even solve their own software
issues with Microsoft.

I've tried everything I've read on Google and nothing works.

Don't buy any Brother products. They don't support their products.

BUY APPLE - NO ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be sure to run out and buy an Apple printer tomorrow.

No, buy an Apple computer. Apples are Unix based rather than
Dos/Windows based - no problems connecting anything!

I've never had a problem connecting anything to a PC. But then I
actually know what I'm doing.
